Terms of service
The service
Tendernaut indexes notices from Australian government tender and grant portals (including AusTender and GrantConnect), scores them against business profiles you provide, and emails digests of matches with closing-date reminders. Scores are a prioritisation aid, not advice: you remain responsible for assessing each notice and deciding whether to bid.
Accounts
One account per email address. Sign-in is via time-limited magic link. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your email address current.
Billing
Paid plans (Pro, Team) are billed in Australian dollars by Stripe and start with a 14-day free trial. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. You can cancel any time via the billing portal; access continues to the end of the paid period. Prices are in AUD and may change with notice before your next renewal.
Fair use
The public demo is rate-limited. Don't scrape the service, abuse the demo, or use Tendernaut to spam or mislead. We may suspend accounts that do.
Availability and liability
We aim to index every relevant notice, but source portals change, go down, or publish late — we don't warrant that the index is complete or error-free, or that a digest will arrive before every closing date. Always verify closing dates and requirements on the source portal. To the extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability is limited to resupplying the service or refunding the most recent billing period.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are announced by email. Continued use after notice takes effect is acceptance.
