Privacy policy
What we collect
Account details. Your email address, used to sign you in via magic link and to send your tender digests. We don't use passwords.
Business profiles. The descriptions, keywords, states and contract-value ranges you enter so we can score notices against your business. These are used only to find and rank matching tenders and grants for you.
Billing. Paid plans are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card details — Stripe handles those under its own privacy policy.
Usage analytics. We use Google Analytics to understand aggregate traffic (pages visited, rough location, device type). No tender or profile content is sent to Google Analytics.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data, share your business profiles with third parties, or send marketing email unrelated to the service. Digests and deadline reminders are the service; every digest email includes a one-click unsubscribe link that works without signing in, as required by the Australian Spam Act 2003.
Where data lives
Service data is stored on servers in Sydney, Australia. Email is delivered by Postmark; payments by Stripe; both process data under their own policies and may store data overseas.
Your choices
You can edit or delete your business profiles at any time from your profile page. To delete your account entirely, or to request a copy of the data we hold about you, email [email protected].
